Clay brick belongs to a main variety of silica-alumina series products, is made of clay clinker as aggregate, refractory clay as binder made of Al2O3 content of 30-48% refractory products.
On the basis of producing general clay bricks, the clay bricks produced by Huanya Refractory Material Factory adopt high quality homogenizing material as the main raw material, add an appropriate amount of auxiliary materials and some additives, and after fine grinding, mixing, high pressure molding, change into mullite crystal phase at appropriate sintering temperature, and the residual products have good mineral composition.Thus, the product has high refractoriness, dense volume density, low porosity, excellent creep performance at high temperature and good volume stability.
Application
Clay refractories are more widely used than any other refractories because of their abundance of raw materials, ease of processing and low cost.It can be used in blast furnace, hot blast furnace, cupola, high steel barrel and pouring steel system, soaking furnace, heating furnace, non-ferrous metal melting furnace, silicate industry and chemical industry kiln and all thermal equipment chimney and flue, etc.

The product features: high alumina bricks for steel making is made from special grade of bauxite as main raw material, added with little amount of white fused alumina and a alumina powder, shaped by high pressure and sintered at high temperature. The main mineral constituent includes mullite and corundum, with excellent high temperature physical performance and chemical erosion resistance.
The shape and size of the nozzle bricks are closely matched with the combustion device.
The fuel nozzles and gas burners that have been shaped generally have matching nozzle bricks. When designing a new nozzle brick, first of all, it should be noted that the size and shape should be suitable for the flow of the mixed gas or the atomization angle of the fuel injection. If the opening angle of the nozzle brick is too small, it will be damaged by excessive scouring of the air flow. For fuel nozzles, oil mist will also be sprayed on the nozzles, causing carbon deposits to narrow or even block the passages: excessive opening angle will make ignition difficult, and it is easy to cause unstable combustion.
In order to facilitate production, construction and replacement, the quality of each nozzle brick should not be too large, and the nozzle bricks that are too large can be divided into 2 or 4 pieces.

What is nozzle brick
Nozzle brick refers to the refractory steel water outlet inlaid in the base brick at the bottom of the ladle. When not pouring, the nozzle brick and the plug brick are in line contact to ensure that there is no leakage of steel. The upper mouth of the nozzle brick is arc-shaped, so that it can open and close the nozzle and reduce the resistance to the flow of molten steel. The lower section is a straight section to stabilize the flow. When the capacity of the steel drum is constant, the inner diameter of the nozzle brick directly affects the pouring speed.
Depending on the volume of the ladle, the pouring method and the steel type, the nozzle diameter can be in the range of 20 to 120 mm. The nozzle bricks can be installed from the inside or outside of the ladle. Nozzle bricks can be made of clay, high alumina, magnesia, magnesia chromium and zirconium. When pouring boiling steel and high manganese steel, the clay nozzle is easy to be corroded, so magnesia or high aluminum nozzle bricks are used. The magnesia nozzle has strong corrosion resistance but also strong thermal conductivity, and it is easy to produce nodules during casting.

The burner brick is part of the industrial fuel furnace with the combustion device, it is also called burner or fire nozzle. It usually refers to the body part of the combustion device, there are fuel inlet, air inlet and jet hole, play a distribution of fuel and combustion air and in a certain way after the role of combustion.
There are different materials for burner block, including chromium corundum, corundum mullite, high aluminum mullite, clay, silicon carbide and so on, to satisfying the requirements of different use temperatures.
Application: The burner blocks are suitable for all kinds of industrial furnaces and heat accumulating type heating kilns.
Sized or shape: Customized according to customer's requirements or drawings.
Product Functions
1. Heat the fuel in the burner block to the ignition temperature to facilitate ignition and rapid combustion.
2. Maintain a certain high temperature in the burner brick to stabilize the combustion process and avoid pulsation or combustion interruption.
3. Organize flame shape to meet the requirements of heating process.
4. Mix the fuel and air further.

Light Weight High Alumina Poly Ball Insulation Refractory Brick For Furnace
Light Weight high alumina poly ball insulation refractory bricks usually use high alumina bauxite clinker and a small amount of clay, after being finely ground, they are cast in the form of mud by gas generation method or foam method, and fired at 1300-1500°C. Sometimes industrial alumina can be used to replace part of bauxite clinker.
Using high alumina bauxite powder and refractory clay as the main raw materials, adding combustible additives, ramming, pouring or extrusion molding, drying and high temperature tunnel kiln firing. The product has small bulk density, high compressive strength, and low thermal conductivity.
Light Weight high alumina poly ball insulation refractory brick is used for the lining and heat insulation layer of masonry kilns, as well as the parts that are not corroded and scoured by strong high-temperature molten materials. When in direct contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350℃.

Low creep high alumina brick is made of special grade aluminum bauxite clinker as main raw material, supplemented by special additives, high pressure forming, high temperature firing, high heat storage capacity and small creep rate, suitable for small and medium sized blast furnaces. Supporting hot air stove.
Low-creep high-aluminum anchor bricks are indispensable refractory bricks for thermal furnaces such as heating furnaces and coal chemical furnaces. Anchor bricks are mainly used for anchoring refractory castables. The properties of anchor bricks should be consistent with the material of castables. The shrinkage is consistent so that it can form a tight bond with the castable and extend the life of the lining.
Anchor brick is a new type of anchor brick for industrial furnace, in particular to an anchor brick for industrial furnace roof,comprising a column composed of a hanging end and an anchor, and a space distribution on the surface of the anchor. The groove is provided with ribs along the length direction on at least one surface of the anchor body. After the rib is set, the tensile strength of the anchor is obviously improved due to the reinforcement and pulling action of the rib, and the stress generated at the groove is increased. Obtaining the barrier at the ribs cannot continue to be transmitted, so the anchor bricks of this structure are less prone to breakage.
The anchor bricks are divided into two types: hanging bricks and perforated bricks. The anchor bricks produced by our company are machine-formed and fired at high temperature, with high strength, good anti-scourability and high peeling resistance.
The main points of masonry of anchor bricks are as follows:
When laying bricks, carefully apply mud from both sides to prevent gas leakage from the top of the furnace;
should be topping, to ensure the size of the joints, correctly determine the hanging metal parts;
There should be no loss in the hanging part of the hanging brick (to give full play to the role of hanging metal parts);
generally use air hardening mud (to prevent gas leakage caused by mud off);
Expansion joints should be properly placed between the furnace body and the hanging bricks.

Clay refractory bricks for folding hot blast stove
Clay bricks for hot blast stoves are made of refractory clay and used to build clay bricks for blast furnaces. Clay bricks for hot blast stoves are used in hot blast stoves, regenerators and partition walls. Clay bricks for hot blast stoves require good thermal shock resistance, high load softening temperature and low creep.
China Metallurgical Standards (YB/T 5107-1993) classifies clay refractory bricks for hot blast stoves into three grades: RN-42, RN-40 and RN-36 according to physical and chemical indicators.
The physical and chemical indicators and allowable deviations of dimensions are as follows:
(1) When the spall width is not greater than 0.25mm, the length is not limited;
(2) When the spall width is 0.26~0.50mm, the length is not more than 30mm;
(3) When the spall width is greater than 0.50mm, it is unqualified.
Large clay refractory bricks for folding glass kiln
Large-scale clay refractory bricks for glass kilns are clay refractory bricks with a unit weight of not less than 50kg for masonry glass kilns. China Metallurgical Standard (YB/T 5108-1993) stipulates the physical and chemical indexes, allowable size deviation and appearance of large clay refractory bricks for glass kilns. This standard also makes the following provisions for the section cracking of bricks:
The cross-section of the brick is cracked:
1) Bricks with length ≤ 400mm: when the spall width is 0.26~0.50mm, the length is not more than 40mm; when the spall width is 0.51~lmm, the length is not more than 25mm.
2) Bricks with a length> 400mm: the spall width is 0.26, and the length is not more than 80mm when the spall width is 0.50mm; when the spall width is 0.51~1mm, the length is not more than 50mm.
For cracks with a spall width of less than 0.25mm, the length is not limited.
(3) There shall be no pores or cracks larger than 1mm on the section.

Mullite polylight bricks refer to light refractory products containing Al2o330%-46%. The main principle is clay clinker or light clinker and plastic clay. It is usually produced by the combustible method, and can also be produced by chemical method or foam method. form a porous structure.
The bulk density of the commonly used mullite polylight brick is 0.75-1.20g/cm3, the compressive strength is 2.0-5.9MPa, and the thermal conductivity is 0.221-0.442W/(m.K) (1350℃).
Mullite polylight brick has a wide range of uses, mainly used in various industrial kilns for thermal insulation layer materials without contact with molten material and without the effect of erosive gas. The operating temperature is 1200-1400 °C.
Mainly used in thermal boilers, glass furnaces, cement furnaces, fertilizer gas furnaces, blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, coking furnaces, electric furnaces, casting and steel casting bricks, etc.

Ordinary clay bricks are made of soft clay with strong plasticity and great dispersibility and a part of clay clinker. Generally divided into clay clinker and aged soil clinker brick. Their main high temperature performance refractoriness is higher than 1750 ℃ for the special grade, 1730-1750 ℃ for the first grade, 1670-1730 ℃ for the second grade, and 1580-1670 ℃ for the third grade. Multi-clinker clay bricks refer to products containing more than 80% clinker and less than 20% combined clay. Since most of the multi-clinker clay bricks are in a barren state, they are not easily deformed during the manufacturing process, which can ensure the external dimensions of the bricks, so that the fired products have ideal bulk density, mechanical strength, thermal shock resistance and high of refractoriness. All-raw clay bricks, also known as clinker-free clay bricks, are made of hard clay or pyrophyllite with low plasticity, weak dispersibility and little shrinkage. Characteristics of clay refractory bricks
1. Chemical composition: The main components determine the quality and characteristics of the refractory.

Method Of Hanging Anchor Bricks On The Top Of Heating Furnace
The first method is the trough anchoring brick hanging form. The structure and masonry of the hanging bricks are relatively simple, and the replacement is also convenient. Its advantages are that the integrity of the mutual occlusion is good, and the sealing performance is also good, and individual bricks will not fall even if they are broken. The disadvantage is that the brick shape is complex, the tolerance requirements are strict, and the masonry is difficult. Insulation layer should not be laid on the upper surface of the furnace roof anchoring brick of this structure.
The third method is to use the strong hanging type anchor to hang the brick furnace roof. Each anchor brick of this structure has a clip hook and a hanger rod. Since the metal clips are hooked outside the masonry, a thermal insulation layer can be applied on part of the surface of the anchor bricks, and the heat dissipation loss of the furnace roof of this structure is less than the previous two. However, this kind of structure is only suitable for hanging the furnace roof with little inclination and level, and special treatment is required for large inclination and turning.
The fourth method is to suspend the ceiling with refractory plastic anchoring bricks, and suspend the furnace roof on the steel structure by hanging the anchoring bricks buried in the plastic. This kind of ceiling can lay a large area of thermal insulation layer, and the sealing performance is also very good, but it needs formwork support during construction.

The common problem of anchor bricks
The common problem of anchor bricks in use is fracture. The reason for fracture is directly related to three aspects of stress, the first tensile strength, the second compressive strength, and the third shear stress. The material of the hanging brick and its strength characteristics at different temperatures, the strength of sintered refractory products mainly comes from the ceramic bonding between the particles in the refractory material. The higher the degree of ceramic bonding, the higher its strength. The ceramic bonding of high-alumina refractory products is mainly the result of liquid phase sintering, that is, the formation of a liquid phase in the refractory material at high temperatures promotes the bonding and material migration between particles. The higher the amount of liquid phase formed. The better the sintered strength, the higher the strength exhibited in the cold state. However, the cold state intensity and the hot state intensity are often contradictory. Anchoring brick is a kind of brick for the top of industrial furnace, which includes a cylinder composed of hanging ends and anchors, and spaced grooves opened on the surface of the anchor, which are arranged along the length direction on at least one surface of the anchor. There are ribs. After the ribs are installed, the tensile and flexural strength of the anchor is significantly improved due to the reinforcement and pulling of the ribs, and the stress generated at the grooves is blocked at the ribs and cannot continue to be transmitted. Anchor bricks are not prone to breakage.

Product action
The industrial furnace or flue wall is roughly composed of an inner lining layer, an insulating layer, and an outer wall layer, the inner lining is refractory bricks, and the outer wall is ordinary fired bricks. Connecting anchors are required between these layers. Anchor bricks do just that. (The thermal insulation layer in the horizontal section of the flue is mostly a narrow cavity)

2. Glass ceramic industry
