Product Description:
light weight insulating brick, also known as high-aluminium heat insulating brick. Lightweight refractory material with alumina content above 48%, mainly composed of mullite and glass phase or corundum. The bulk density is 0.4～1.35g/cm3. The porosity is 66%～73%, and the compressive strength is 1～8MPa. Thermal shock resistance is better. Usually, high alumina bauxite clinker is added with a small amount of clay, after being finely ground, it is poured and shaped in the form of mud by gas generation method or foam method, and then fired at 1300-1500°C. Sometimes industrial alumina can be used to replace part of bauxite clinker. It is used for the lining and heat insulation layer of masonry kilns, as well as the parts that are not corroded and scoured by strong high-temperature molten materials. When in direct contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350℃.

Clay brick is aluminum silicate refractory products with alumina content of 30~40%, and its mineral composition is mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2)20%~50%, glass phase 25%~60%, quartzite and quartz (up to 30%).According to the content of Al2O3, ordinary clay bricks can be divided into: first class (>;40%), second class (>;35%), third class (>;30%).

Description For Silica Brick:
Silica brick is made of quartz stone material, the content of SiO2 is above 93%,it has good resistance to acid slag and good heat conductivity. And the refractoriness is 1690~1710°C,RUL is beyond 1620°C.
SiO2 has different types of crystals in different temperatures, and the transform between the crystals will cause the change of the bulk. So there is a close contact between the changes of SiO2 crystals and the produce ,performance and usage of silica bricks. During the heating, there will be changes of the bulk ,and cristobalite changes most, then quartz, phosphorus quartz is the slowest of all and it also has good heat-conductivity.Coke oven should use the silica brick with small true density. And the phosphorus quartz is better than others.
Application For Silica Brick:
Mainly used in the construction of regenerative chamber, chute, combustion chamber, coking chamber, furnace roof etc. parts of the coke ovens.
Also be used for coke oven of coking chamber and combustion chamber partition, steel open hearth of regenerative chamber and sediment chamber, soaking furnace, glass melting furnace, refractory silica brick materials and ceramic firing kiln and kiln of the vault and other supporting parts. Also used in hot blast stove of high temperature bearing parts and acid open hearth furnace roof.
An acidic refractory material mainly composed of tridymite, cristobalite and a small amount of residual quartz and glass phase. The silica content is above 94%. The true density is 2.35g/cm3. It has resistance to acid slag erosion. Higher high temperature strength. The starting temperature of load softening is 1620~1670℃. It will not deform after long-term use at high temperature. Low thermal shock stability (1~4 times of heat exchange in water) Natural silica is used as the raw material, and an appropriate amount of mineralizer is added to promote the conversion of quartz in the body to tridymite. Slowly fired at 1350~1430℃ in a reducing atmosphere. When heated to 1450℃, there will be about 1.5~2.2% of the total volume expansion. This residual expansion will make the cut joints tightly and ensure that the masonry has good air tightness and structural strength.

1. Classified by Al2O3 content in high alumina special-shaped hanging bricks
ClassⅠ: Al2O3 content>75%
ClassⅡ: Al2O3 content is 60~75%
ClassⅢ: Al2O3 content is 48-60%.
If Al2O3 content is higher than 80%, it is called super high alumina special-shaped hanging bricks
